Tiles, Bottles & More…

While developing the signature Way Stone, I had many other ideas of shapes and forms that the concept may lend its self to.

Tiles

Wall Art can only be viewed from a single direction but by Breaking up the Labyrinth into Tiles I created something of a deconstructed Way Stone that Can be wall mounted for a more exclusively Visual Experience.

Bottling the Idea

I’ve always liked the square bottle form; the flat faces giving easy to decorate surfaces.

To bring an individual twist to the form, I decided to take what is traditionally square and make it a diamond instead, a motif I first explored with my makers mark

Exploring past traditional circular Labyrinth patterns I wanted to abstract the idea further removing the curves in favour of a design that is both reduced in complexity while introducing the concept of a dead end.

Analog Devices

I wanted to explore the Ideas I put into the labyrinth cube into other forms, the tablets are deliberately proportioned like a mobile device to encourage the holder to trace the patterns across the front and back faces as they would with a phone.

Each tablet has two faces with no pattern repeated across the series.
